What is your view of chastity now that you’ve experienced it first hand?
The life of a chastity slave is rather simple, especially in relation to serving your mistress. When you are in chastity you have a significant increase in energy and more time to get things done. Also, when one person holds the key to your freedom you are very clear on where you should be focusing your time and energy.
What were your main concerns/questions about starting a chastity program?
I know I was thinking: does my interest in this mean there is something wrong with me, what will others think, is it healthy, any physical dangers, will others think I am pervert, will this really be beneficial.
Is Chastity Healthy?
Before taking on any new endeavor I do some research to ensure there are no major health risks. The same is true for chastity and all of my research has shown me there is no danger when done responsibly. Contrary to the belief of every male in college, men do not need to have orgasms regularly. In fact there is some science in the world of eastern medicine that thinks frequent ejaculation can actually decrease your stamina and your immune system. So find an experienced keyholder and trust, they know what they are doing.
Is Chastity Beneficial?
This was a big question for me. Would I actually benefit from this experience or would it somehow make me a worse person? I went in hoping to gain more self-control, learn to not always need to be in control, etc. but I have found many other benefits as well. The first benefit is energy, all of the pent up sexual energy, if channeled well, can lead to an increase in all other types of energy and empower you to be able to achieve more with greater ease. I also have found it has helped me to focus more. With no more “idol hands” distracting me I can focus on things better and achieve more. Although I think about sex and orgasms a lot! I find myself less obsessed with sex and gaining a better appreciation of the experience of the pleasure of arousal and pleasuring others without it having to be singularly focused on me and my orgasm. When you focus on others your heart opens more and you learn to put others needs first. It will make you a more attentive and skilled lover.

No Art you are not alone at all. There are many many men in chastity who not only appreciate the control it gives them they find they are happier and more content. Its not an easy way to live, being in chastity, especially for a Mistress, can really stretch your boundaries and sense of peace. Hi MsLayla, I’ve said this on other blogs, but I can say it here again as well. Chastity is something I do find very sexy from at least an idea perspective. I love power exchange and the idea of giving control over my orgasms to another is so hot and sexy. I just have to also think that it may be something I don’t like once I’ve done it. (And yes, I suppose there is one way to find out.) I do know that I’d never want to be locked up for long periods of time with no release.
